Chapter 1 The strategy management process

*战略思考的三大问题：
1. Where are we now?
2. Where do we want to go?-business and market position;-buyers;-outcome to serve
3. How do we get there?

*Company's strategy consists of the set of moves and approaches to run the company.

*Strategy=game plan:-customers;-market position;-conduct operation;compete successfully;achieve organizational goal.

*Business model: how to make money in the business.
从公司的战略是否能看到一个赢利的商业模型？

*Strategy vs. Business model:
Strategy: competitive initiatives（竞争主动权）,business approaches
Business model: 战略本身带来的收入和成本是否盈利并切实可行。

*Good management=good strategy+good execution
